Serrano is a pet friendly community, with a maximum of two pets per household. Pet rent is $50.00 monthly with a pet deposit of $500.00. There is a $250.00 additional deposit for cats.

Parking at Serrano Apartments is a breeze! Each unit comes with a two car garage. Downstairs units are attached. There is additional parking in front of the garage, as well as street parking alongside the complex.
